- The best Borland Compiler I thought was ver. 3.1 You can get it for
- both DOS and for Windows. It should work on win95 as win95 will run
- 3.1 applications. It will also only compile for 3.1 apps or for DOS.

- My one greatest suggestion is to invest in Watcom v10.5 as it is for
